President Obama laid a wreath at Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan Thursday afternoon. He led a moment of silence during the ceremony for the victims of 9/11.

This visit comes days after U.S. forces killed al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, the world's most wanted terrorist. He was joined by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
