On October 15, Muslims in the greater Washington DC area joined Imam AbdulMalik for Jumma Prayer on Capitol Hill. The event was primarily aimed at Muslim youth with a main message of appreciating their country. “It’s important for young Muslims to understand the beauty of this country – that this is a land of freedom,” said Imam Malik, as he gave his speech before an audience of Muslims and Non-Muslims. The topic of his speech was “The Return of Jesus-The Messiah of Jerusalem.”
